Stuyvesant High School continues to learn remotely until further Notice; read the 11/29 Chancellor's Update

As of November 18, school buildings were temporarily closed for teaching and learning, and all New York City public school students transitioned to fully remote learning. On November 29, the Mayor and Chancellor announced plans to reopen school buildings for in-person instruction for many students. Mandatory weekly in- school testing for COVID-19 in all reopened buildings, and how you can submit the required consent forms is noted below for when Stuyvesant High School reopens.
Students in grades 6 through 12 (outside of District 75 schools) will continue to learn remotely until further notice. ******************************************************************************************************

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Beginning November 19, 2020, all NYC school buildings are CLOSED for in-person learning until further notice. All students who were learning in school buildings part of the week will transition to remote learning every day. Health Screening - REQUIRED of ALL entering DOE Buildings

In alignment with NYS Department of Health guidance, a health screening (including temperature checks) must be completed by all students, staff, and visitors before entering DOE school facilities--preferably at home. This health screening must be completed each day. Read the informaiton; check the website, Scan the QR Code.

Albert.io - An open resource for ALL Students!

ALL Students received access codes to Albert.io by this weekend at their stuy.edu email address. Each student is in a “class” by their graduation year and homeroom. (i.e. 2020AA, etc.). Access is limited to students using their stuy,edu email addresses. Any family who needs their code may contact the Help Desk at help@stuy-mail.org or in person in room 209 speak to Mr. Hidalgo from 8am to 3:30pm daily. Albert.io access opens access to ALL AP class questions in every subject and SAT, ACT, and all subject SAT II prep questions to all students at no cost. **************************************************************************************************
